At RVENDZ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

By placing an order with RVENDZ, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. 10-Day Return Policy

You have 10 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents (if applicable).

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. 10-Day Refund Policy

If your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Include your:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

  3. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RVENDZ is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return is due to our mistake.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable law:

  • Digital products or downloadable files once access has been provided.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.


7. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, guides, supplier lists, templates, educational materials, and similar content are final once access has been provided.

Refunds are not available for digital products except where required by applicable law.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

If you would like an exchange, please contact our support team within 10 days of delivery.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.


10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package that is returned to RVENDZ, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or other applicable fees.


11. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact RVENDZ before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension.

  • Refusal of future purchases.

  • Submission of evidence to the payment provider.

  • Recovery of losses where permitted by law.


12. Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Your payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
